I recently used Cardiff Balloons for my sons 21st Birthday. I live in the midlands so all correspondence was via email. I can highly recommend using Tia company, their emails are responsive and were very helpful in advising what would be suitable for our venue. They supplied and delivered our balloons and decorated the venue just right. The quality of the balloons are excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Thank you.
