SP Contracts skilfully built and project-managed our house renovation/extension. Our first contact was through the phone book to dig trial holes for the surveyor. That went smoothly so we got them back to build a shed while house plans were finalised. Their quote for the build was fair and we were very happy to employ them. It was a big project involving other specialists with whom they liaised seamlessly. Every step of the way they were a pleasure to work with. Their experience, communication, tidiness and attention to detail were spot-on. Queries as the flat plans became 3-D were discussed and resolved easily and when we were stuck for ideas as the project moved on, they offered practical suggestions we could tailor to this house. The project came in on budget, in fact they saved us money using suitable alternative materials in places. For the 18 months they were onsite they worked hard and with good humour. Brilliant work. We would definitely use them again.
