I contacted Maroon and spoke to Danny 2 weeks before the event. I provided the menu and requested costing. Danny told me the company wasn't flexible in respect to what I wanted food and 1 server (no plates/cutlery etc) for 40 people. I said OK and asked for costing of the menu sent. I never heard from Danny again. At least a message could've been sent to decline the order.
