I needed a fault code diagnosing and the problem fixing. They had my vehicle for 2 whole days. long story short is... I had to chase them up. They diagnosed the fault (2 minute job), told me to go to a dealership, then said it would take too long for them to do, then said they wanted to save ME money by not spending hours and hours fixing the thing! Two weeks prior to this my other half took her car in to see why the service light was on in her car, guess what they said...take it to a dealer to fix it.
This garage doesn't have mechanics, only fitters. They dont want to solve problems they want to get fast jobs in and out.
