I rang this firm re a problem with my garage door lock. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, obliging, and HONEST. He gave me some clear instructions to try and solve things myself. Normally I am a real duffer with DIY, and an advanced OAP besides. But on this occasion I managedz to sort it. How kind of this gentleman to save me money, whilst denying himself a source of income in the process. Such honesty is all too rare in this modern world. I am so grateful to him, and on this evidence he deserves all the custom he can possibly get.
