The firm lived up to its swift turnaround service. Dismantled and collected my 40 inch set, replaced it with a smaller one from my dining room, returned the repaired set within 24 hours, fitted both sets up and charged £70, including the £30 call out fee. Don't expect to have a conversation as he's too busy getting the problem sorted but its nice to have a real professional on the job. He can come again any time.
