I have left writing this review for three days in order to write it objectively. How could I give anything other than one star when your hairdresser did the opposite to what you asked for? I took in a picture. I said that I need length at the back, that I didn't want it cut into my neck. When the first cut happened I said that it felt short. I was told not to worry. Another staff member came and took over to complete the cut which I was relieved about but I still have a very short cut at the back with no lenght, my worst nightmare.
