Unreliable. Did not turn up to carry out the work agreed. Emailed twice on the day to see what was happening, Adam emailed back after 2nd email 4 hours after he should have been at my address to say he forgot as he had had a bereavement. No offer to rebook another appointment. I tried to avoid any time wasting on both sides by telling Adam from the beginning what my budget and requirements were 3 weeks previous, seemed genuine when he came out to quote and quoted £20 below my budget which I was pleased with. Asked him if he could carry out work in 3 weeks time which he said was fine, he arranged a date which fitted in with me. 6 days previous to him coming to carry out the work I emailed to confirm, he replied and said yes, he would arrive around 8.30, then another email said 9am. I waited until 9.15am on the day before I emailed to ask if he was coming, no reply. He eventually replied 4 hours after my second email to him to say he forgot. Not happy and would not recommend.

Would highly recommend. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Arrived on time and a nice pleasant journey all round. Would definately use again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for making our journey easy and stress free.
