I thought paying the extra money for the part when using this company meant they weren't cowboy traders. Purchased a replacement door, it arrived with a huge /deep scratch emailed them and then was told what do you expect for a car of 8 years, opened a case on the site i bought it from then was told it was my fault i didn't check upon delivery....there was tons of packaging on the product which took my half an hour just to take off and lets be honest no delivery driver is going to wait that long..

Purchased my car a month ago from central garages, it randomly started squeaking one night. Phoned up the office next day and had fantastic customer service, bought the car to my local garage as I live 1 and half away and got the problem sorted under my warranty saving me a small fortune. Couldn't recommend enough truly trustworthy and honest car dealers.
Hi Jess, I feel you reaction to the minor scratch on the door you received was somewhat inappropriate. You were supplied photos of the product prior to purchase and the scratch was pointed out. We offered you a full refund should you return the product to us and prior to receipt was asked to open the product whilst the courier was present to unsure you was happy with your purchase. Should you of adhered to these terms appropriately the product would of come back to us for a full refund without the need for a return. Many thanks again for your custom, Kind Regards, SAS LTD
