I met these two friendly gentleman who work there, who were very chatty, friendly and helpful. Really clean, tidy & organised butchers, you can tell they pride in their store. It was nice having a look around all the goodies, being wheelchair friendly really helped. The fresh meat looked lovely & good quality. I got 10 chicken legs (with tails) for £9 & a large ribeye steak for £28 & some change (£37.50 total). I enjoy chicken legs with tails, so thats a bonus. I forgot to weigh the steak to see how competitively priced it was, but it was absolutely delicious. I prefer buying meat from a butchers & supporting local small businesses is important to me. Being disabled they mentioned home delivery & could cut meat a certain way to suit my needs. They even offered to separately bag my chicken legs, so its easier for me to freeze, but I prefer to zip lock bag them myself, but it was a kind gesture. I'm happy I found them. Waiting for a refund for 2 weeks. I booked a journey over the phone on Sunday 31st August. The operator booked for the wrong day so this wasn't my fault. I had ready paid via the Airpay link. So I had to pay again on the day. I've been waiting for a refund since then, everyday I call 2 times a day to chase. I keep being told I'll get a call back or for me to call back at a certain time and no one is being helpful. They said I've been refunded but nothing has reach my bank account. Now its the banks fault apparently. Appalling customer service, the operator talks over me and doesn't give me an opportunity to finish speaking and then is rude to me. I'll never use this taxi company ever again.

Drivers demanding cash

The delivery drivers demanded several times for me to pay cash on delivery when the retailer advised drivers accept card. After challenging it and calling the retail store, the driver changed his tune and said I can pay by bank transfer. What was even worst that the driver wanted me to pay by cash so badly that he even suggested I got out to the cash machine or send someone to get it for me even after I told him I'm disabled and couldn't go out. Also the driver arrived smoking and he had cigarette fingers all over my sofa when unpacking it. It was very uncomfortable and frustrating.

Horrible, wont order again

Order via Ubereats. Couldn't track delivery. Waited a very long time and when I called they said my order was on his way. After speaking to them again 15 mins later they said he said the driver had not long left, so their story changed, so they wasn't honest with me. They told me that driver may not go directly to me and. very busy on a Sunday evening.
When the driver arrived the bag felt warm, so I accepted the order. I asked for the receipt and he refused to give it to me, I asked for the time on the receipt and he wouldn't give it to me. When I opened the food was soggy and unappetising, waste of £16, I only ate half of it only because I was vey hungry. When I called to complain I was faced with a bad attitude and I got fed up and just told them to keep my money and forget it. I won't be ordering from them again, low food quality and not good service.

This Farm is very hit and miss. Over the years I've enjoyed their produce and service. However, recently they sold me old vegetables intentally and charged full price. I returned to complain and wasn't offered an exchange but got a 'part' refund because we tried some of it (how do I know it's horrible and not fresh if I don't try it) Owner came across stingy and uninterested. We spent more money on fuel then driving back to complain. Very disappointed on the service and our family won't be returning.

I cannot write full review because of space but we experienced Bad Hygiene Practices, Bad Staff Behaviour towards each other, Poor Quality Food, Bad Customer Services, Lying Staff, Disgusting Bathroom and More. Absolutely disgusting bathroom floor, was brown with dirt, no excuse. Manager was embarrassed. We won't be returning.

Me&my friend stayed for2nights because it was competitively priced&claimed to be disabled friendly.Paid £20 for2days parking.Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke,clearly people have been smoking in there for a long time.It was very annoying that I couldnt get my wheelchair to the bed due to the very bad lay out of the room.Wetroom had no grab rails or seat in the shower which is very dangerous,so I couldnt shower properly.Room was absolutely filthy(see photos submited on other review websites)we had to go around the whole room with antibacterial wipes,which came out brown,it was disgusting.Hairs all over the room,stuck on walls∈ the beds.Cobwebs on the ceiling,the phone was so dirty we used our mobiles to call reception.Holes in all the bedding with stains&dried food spills on the furniture.Mold on the inside of the window,shower curtain was covered in stains&marks,was so gross.The breakfast was laughable&looked nothing like the breakfast photo advertised&they should b embarrassed

Terrible Phone Call

Phoned to enquire about urgent care. Woman who answered just said hello without saying the company name. I had to ask if I was speaking to compassionate care. She said yes and then was silent. I said I needed urgent care for family member then she hung up the phone. I called back, same woman answered the same. I asked her name and was hesitant and wondered why I wanted her name. I said I wanted to know who I was speaking to as she hung up on me. Didn't apologise and after asking her twice with a very delayed response she said her name was Shauna, I think she gave me a fake name as it took her a while to answer me.

Very rude and unhelpful and not professional. Definately don't recommend

Rude on the Phone

Spoke to Dennis over the phone, I asked him if I can order a wheelchair on a sale and return basis so I have no obligation to purchase the wheelchair in advance as I need to try it out first to ensure it suits my needs. He said "No one here will do that for you", I asked "Is it because you are a small business?" and then he was rude and said "I have nothing more to say to you, find someone else to do this for you" and hung up!!! I was taken back by this as I was only enquiringly for the first time, not a nice impression. Won't call for anything in the future. They have lost a potential customer
