Jane is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have been going to therapy for a few years now for various reasons. She has helped me through some difficult times. She has given me so many tools that I shall take with me. I’m so glad I invested in doing therapy with her. You don’t realise how far you have come, until you look back on how you were when you first started the sessions. Truly grateful and thoroughly recommend!
