Everything about this wonderful salon is 5 stars (at least).
Nestled within the magnifcent and vibrant Gandy Street, the stylish interior meets you and travels with you into the main salon upstairs.
Mark and the team are just a dream. They create a wonderful atmosphere balancing friendliness with professionalism and skill.
I always look forward to my regular visit and feel great once Mark has worked his magic on my hair.
The Lost Hair Company has embraced the COVID regulations, making you feel totally safe, without having lost any of its success factors. I missed it badly during the Lockdowns, not only for the hair styling and maintenance, but for the whole experience.
I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and would highly recommend to anyone.

just now
Wow!
Mark is truly professional, with a great personality to boot!
I walked into the salon long rats tail hair which he has transformed into an amazing style!
Mark listened to me and took time to understand my routines etc...he then talked me through his thoughts and bingo, my hair was reborn!
I have made my next appointment already... The Lost Hair Company is highly recommend.
Thank you Mark, you're a superstar!

Dan & Lottie were professional, friendly and gave fantastic customer service from the initial contact through to the finished job.
The cost was very competitive and the job was completed quickly and to a high standard. The tidy up was so good it was hard to see anyone had been!
We will definitely use Chestnut Trees every time we need those type of services and would highly recommend them to anybody.
Thank you both...

We have never had an oil before so when it just stopped working, panic set in.
I found Adam's number and text so he could contact me at his convenience (but hopefully asap)...2 minutes later he called and offered to come the next morning.
He then paused and suggested he talked me through a potential fix....he did and got it back up and running immediately!
He's amazing, professional and very friendly...an absolute diamond.
He will be my go to for servicing and repairs hereonin.
I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Thank yoi Adam, you made my day!

David is fantastic!
We had a problem with a mysterious and long standing leak...his problem solving took over and he got to the root of the problem, logically and quickly (where others had previously guessed).
Job quoted there and then and booked in in a flash.
I would highly recommend David and will only use him going forward for both problems and all new plumbing work ...the way he worked out the issue showed me any new job would be done properly and professionally to avoid future issues.
Thanks David!

Having moved to the area from Derby Mike was recommended to us...he lived up to his reputation and beyond He made sure we had a picture for the day we moved in (so that we at least had something to relax with that night) and was soon back to complete the work He is professional, flexible and honest and a great character to boot (he is in fact more entertaining than the tv channels themselves) I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
