It should be no stars or minus. Agree with the last review they are liars! They said they attempted to make a delivery on the 18th no one and supposedly left a card (ha ha the usual story - no card).
I have contacted HP where I purchased the PC from and they keep promising delivery. Have tried to update on the APP but it does not allow updates. Contacted HP to ask for a re-direction their comment was can not change address (the app states you can) - they came back with the comment it could not be changed as it was a different address. This is not the first time this has happened - I got a text for one delivery saying they had attempted to deliver I was actually in at the time and was watching out for them - got a text to say they tried to deliver no-one in they were no where near.
They certainly should not be associated with the word Royal as they are a disgrace. Makes you wonder who they are working for and trying to ruin this country.

Delivery scheduled for between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. Outside of apartment and got a message can not deliver no one answering. No DHL van to be seen. This is being fiddled - however they do it.
Can not talk to a human being - what are we coming too?

This is the third time I have attempted to send a parcel. Again have paid the charge and no one has picked it up. No information at all - these guys are crooks. They take money under false pretences.
