Don't use this store! If you are not a regular customer they will ignore you until they've served all the people they know first. I waited in a queue of 6 people to post a parcel. When I got to the front I was told rudely to go to the end of the counter and wait. I was so offended I left and took my business somewhere else.

AVOID THIS SERVICE!!! They don't phone back, don't keep promises... give delivery times that are not kept... Basically, they are a 'middle man' that takes a booking + money then puts the work out to their 'network'. I ordered 1 week ahead but my delivery was not confirmed until 16.00 the day before, and the time was later than promised. Obviously I had guys and equipment laid on.

When the truck arrived it came in a huge tipper; the rookie driver was too nervous to tip the screed on my prepared front garden, so we had to lay a tarp on the road. 30% of the drop missed the tarp... leaving us with an impossible clean-up job on the road.

I ordered 3.4 cubic m, calculated to allow a small margin over. The invoice said 7.5 tonnes. After laying there is more than a cube left over -- I shall have to pay someone to take it away! 3.4 cube = 7.5 tonnes of WET concrete, not semi-dry screed, which is much less dense. The conversion should be about 6.4 tonnes.

They did two jobs for me. One was nothing like the specified work and the second was not what I asked for either. They don't listen, they can't read scale drawings, they can't/don't explain what they are going to do or what the customer can expect for the price... The work was not ready when promised so I had to return another day.

Hard to get anyone to answer the phone. They don't phone back to reply to messages on either the landline or the proprietor's mobile.
