I wish there was a minus 5 star for such unhelpful, miserable staff. Shop was completely empty , but we were told, with much sighing, that we needed to have an appointment to have a pair of glasses adjusted, even though they didn't take the time to fit them properly when we bought them.
Another customer had the same problem and a staff member served her on the doormat, rather than let her into the empty shop. Not a shortage of staff as there were 3 staff chatting.
