I was very happy with the great advice and help that Ineta gave me with my two nervous and yappy pups. From the minute I spoke to her on the phone she invested time speaking to me learning about my dogs before she had taken any money from me. We had the session and her approach was working on my dogs after a very short space of time (around 15 minutes). A few days after the session, Ineta also gave me some really great support and advice when I encountered another dog trainer offering me different and more old-school advice. She called me back as soon as I texted her and yet again gave up more of her own time to ensure I went away feeling confident how to go forward with training my dogs. My dogs are still improving day by day and I am still using the techniques that Ineta trusts. Overall, my dogs are showing good improvement since seeing Ineta just a few weeks ago.

Great team of lads, good experience all round, helpful when choosing the patterned glass, understanding (when I ordered the wrong adaptor for the cat flap!), and really courteous (i.e. courtesy calls to remind me of the appointment and also a call to say they were going to be 10 minutes late as a previous job ran over on time). I’d highly recommend this company. A great team and all very friendly and nice to deal with.
