Needed a new headlight bulb replacing as my car’s warning light showed low bulb warning light, so thought I’d give these a try. Took my car in,and they claimed to have replaced it. Drove away thinking the job had been done,but two days later the warning light returned,same warning. So the second time I took my car to Halfords. The young lad comes out,try’s undoing the light housing and was struggling to do so,so he calls another guy over who was able to undo the housing. The second guy goes on to say that cars have their headlights sealed to prevent moisture getting in,and that because it was the first time the bulb had been replaced,that was why the first guy was struggling to take the bulb out. So I was charged for a job that was never done. I’m just glad it was such a small job,and that I’d not paid £100’s for a job that hadn’t been done.
