Be warned. John Hughes committed damage to our property, sabotaging his own work.
John left us mid-project with no usable bathroom, obvious replacement work required for sabotaged items, and potentially other work unknown.
John's parting comments via a phone call after leaving our property were
We won't be back, I recommend calling an emergency plumber - oh and an electrician.
We have attempted to get in contact but he refuses to answer phone and txt.
Work to this point was progressing very slowly, behind schedule. Maybe to a fair standard, assuming completion and snagging had been dealt with.
A substantial deposit was paid for several areas of work.
John sent his father to progress much of the work.
Both parties would often not attend site, or only for part of a day.
John has been non-communicative, sullen, and shouted at times. John had initially appeared to be understanding and patient.

We booked Ian in for our bathroom. He completed the job on time and to a very high standard. Advising on finishing detail for the grout and edge strips which Cost him some time (but he didn’t grumble) and made the tiles we’d chosen work together even better.
He’s got a good singing voice too!
