18-JAN The deal was agreed at £18,800 , asked for £10,000 (over 50%) deposit for materials
8-FEB asked for another £4,750 because material price goes up
23-FEB Materials never delivered as promised.
1-MAR materials never delivered as promised.
3-MAR asked for another £1,500 because supplier hold the materials
6-MAR I reject to pay more and terminated the contract and ask for refund but no reply, message and update anymore till now.
