We have just collected our cat Billy after his third stay with Jayne and Paul at Woodland nook. We left him for two weeks and could not have been happier with his care. Jayne's experience and dedication really shows in everything she does. The facilities are exceptional and everything is considered to ensure the cats have the most amazing time. He was relaxed and happy when we collected him. The photos and messages we received whilst away were very reassuring and it just helps us relax completely knowing he is so well cared for and safe. I cannot recommend this cattery highly enough and we would not consider letting Billy stay anywhere else. We have already booked his next stay when we collected him today. Thankyou to both Jayne and Paul for their dedication and care both to the cats and owners.

We have just collected our cat following a week away and we could not be happier. Billy is a very nervous and anxious boy and needs lots of love and attention. He could not have been in safer hands, Jayne is a wonderful, kind, caring and genuine person. She has a wealth of experience which is evident in the way she manages both the animals and the parents. From the moment we arrived I felt as though we were handing our boy over to a friend as opposed to someone we did not know.
The cattery is set amongst the backdrop of a woodland and is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The accomodation is amazing with his own bed and TV, a patio and conservatory area. All of his sensory and physical needs were very much the priority. The accomodation is very clean and luxurious. Jayne spoke to us at length to reassure us and kept us updated regularly . I cannot recommend Jayne and the cattery highly enough and look forward to booking him in again soon.
