We had found Soft Sofas online we decided to have a look(been to others) Mark was very pleasant & professional. We decided on a set of 2 & 3 seater sofas. We were informed that we could have our old sofas taken. We were informed how long it should take for the sofa to be made & shipped out (we waited a while as Mark had gone on holiday) we had emailed no reply. We were asked to come & pay the other half of the payments. We eventually got a phone call letting us know when & time our sofas would be delivered. They arrived (we had the old sofas ready to go. The new sofas placed where we asked) we were told to pay them £40 but they wanted another £60 to take the old sofas (they blamed Mark) we felt let down ase hadn't been informed. The Sofas are nice

We needed a new chip shop old one changed hands so had to look for a decent chip Shop. Tried Veg curry & a chicken curry very nice hot meal. The chips were lovely. The proprietor was very nice & friendly. The prices weren't bad as well. I was not kept waiting too long for the meals. I am so glad we found the Manchester supper bar. I will he going back there again.

We needed a new gas fire. We went to see the show room In Oldswan. We saw Keith we showed him the photographs of our fire place (online it suggested that we take a photograph of of our fire & fireplace) . He looked at it asked when our house was built. He told us we have a pre cast flu. He showed us the gas fires that would be suitable. Keith told they don't take the old fire away that would be left for us to do. We chose a fire and paid for it. He explained that the fitters would be paid separately. It was arranged for the Friday they phoned they were on their way. They put down cardboard to protect our floor. They switched the gas off. They were pleasent & professional. The fitting took less than half an hour. They switched the gas back on & showed us how to put it on. They took all of the tools & left now we are lovely & warm fire. I could not be more pleased with the buying to the fitting so pleased. Would highly recommend this friendly professional business

We needed a new Mattress so we went into. The show room in Huyton. The showroom was bright clean & alot of different Mattresses & Beds. We told them it was just a mattress we needed. They asked our price range. We were shown different mattresses & we chose the one we wanted. We were told how much it was & how much delivery would cost we asked if they offered to. Take the old mattress away for us. They said they did take the old mattress away but a a charge. We went to the office & paid for the bed delivery & old mattress removal. We were informed that we would hand over the charge to. The drivers. They told us when the mattress would be delivered. They arrived on the Monday took our new mattress off the van brought it in for us then took the old one away we gave the drivers the money. It was trouble free from start to Finnish I could not thank the firm enough. They were friendly & professional. I would highly recommend this company (will go Back There again)
