I had some windows fitted by this company and I was very pleased. When we moved house we had new doors fitted by them. We decided to have a front composite door in grey finish. Very early on some of the grey came off leaving white underneath. We paid for them to come out and fix the problem. Now there are several parts of the front door where the grey paint has lifted. After less than 2 years we have been told by them that the lifting of the paint is normal and we need to repaint the door!
We weren’t told this when we bought it and we believed the colour should have lasted longer than a couple of years, especially considering the price we paid.
We’ve been told the guarantee doesn’t cover the paint coming off, so I would suggest you purchase with caution
