I was highly recommended FM Engineering by a friend who had been delighted with the company. Wow, she was right - from start to finish, I, too, was delighted. They have been rapid in responding - from original quote to motorising my existing garage door 5 days. I'd been expecting to have a new door, as recommended by a competitor company. However, as my existing door is in good condition, motorising it was the suggestion by FM Engineering. The cost saving was huge. Even had I had a new door, the quote was very, very much more reasonable than the competitor. The fitting yesterday was straightforward. All the staff, including in the office, have been professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
