Michael has completed a number of jobs for myself and my mother. They have included an entire bathroom and installing two new boiler systems. He is reliable, clearly competent, very thorough and conscientious, the latter to the point of perfection. He is honest and upfront about prospective costs, possibilities and choices. He has a nice manner in that my mother who is in her late 80's trusted him completely and used to look forward to him coming round to work.
If you want an honest plumber you can trust who is good at his job he's the one!
