Totally disgusting! Waiting in for my delivery then get a text to say the driver has been unable to deliver our parcel because we weren’t in!! What rubbish. Virtually sitting at the window waiting and no way did the driver turn up. Total liars! Now having to wait until tomorrow for it to be re delivered?? If it ever turns up?? No way of contacting the lincoln depot by phone?? Extremely frustrating. They’re as bad as yodel! How can you be blatantly lied to by massive companies like dhl/ uk Mail? Incredible!!! Thanks for nothing dhl!!!
