If I could give a zero star rating I would! Tried to return two boxes of battery operated fairy lights. When we tried them at home the one set started smoking and gave off a burning smell!! The next day, with receipt, I tried to return these for a refund. The staff wouldn't accept a return/refund and very reluctantly after what was developing into a heated argument would only offer a credit note. As it was obvious that I just wasn't going to get a refund I took the lights back and pointed out that as the lights were clearly dangerous and I would be contacting Trading Standards. The staff couldn't have cared less. Very unpleasant staff, not helpful at all, the customer is clearly always wrong and didn't care that these lights could cause a house fire! I will never again shop here. And I fully intend to take this up with Trading Standards. Future buyers beware, this company is happy to take your money but not happy to follow up with any customer service!!

Appalling experience. They couldn't book my check up for over 3 months! Whilst waiting I lost a filling, was in pain so I called to try to get in. The reception staff were dismissive and pretty rude. I was told to attend in a couple of days at 2.00pm. The dentist strolled through reception on his phone, 20 minutes late. When I did see him he wouldn't carry out any treatment apart from taking a quick x-ray. He told me that if I wanted it out he wouldn't do it out and I would have to be referred to the hospital! I was in and out in 5 minutes, and £22 lighter.
I did attend my check up with yet a different dentist, had another x-ray and scale and polish and another £22 lighter. With continued tooth ache I contacted a different dental practice who said I hadn't had a proper scale and polish and that I had a hairline crack in the tooth which was quite clear on the x-ray!
Pity they are not so quick to treat you as they are to grab your money. I will be complaining to the GDC. Disgraceful
