Shocking experience.
Work not done on time, poor or no communication, lied to about conversations with warranty company, car never actually repaired! Be careful as they say all communication is over the phone ….. no transcripts available! Don’t put yourself through it!

Hi there, we thank you for your review, however we would like to make some points on the issues you have made. 1. the communication was far from poor, 22 emails and 20 odd phone calls, I personally wouldn't say it was poor or no communication. 2. All calls are recorded, you could have asked for them at any time and we would have provided them once we received them from our phone provider. 3. the car was not fully repaired as the garage you brought the vehicle from asked for the vehicle back so we took your vehicle back to them free of charge.
