We stayed here during June'13 whilst on holiday in Scotland.

The Beeches is very close walk to Union Street, where all the bars and restaurants are located. It!s also several bus routes, so it was easy to get around the city by bus.

We had a family room on the ground floor, which was spacious for the 3 of us, and found it to be very clean and comfortable.

The room had everything we needed and the things you expect in more expensive hotels, like fridge, iron, wifi...

The owner and his family were very friendly and most helpful with suggestions/reviews of places to visit and eat.

Compared to the price of hotels in Aberdeen and BB's in rural highlands, this was good value for money.

We would certainly stay here again in the future
