Arrived and proceeded promptly with removal if old cooker and installation of new. Demonstrated controls ,The engineer arrived within the time frame previously notified to me, and proceeded to disconnect and remove my old cooker and bring in and connect up the new one, quickly and efficiently and demonstrate the main controls to me
