Absolutely shocking service, First time we have asked for quotes for repairs and received no feedback after asking twice. Second time, we were quoted for work over the phone, and when we received the bill it was not what we agreed over the phone, after this they then charged me the higher price with out even looking into it, was my problem. After speaking with the manager who frankly didn't care, we got no apologies, did not accept the bill could be wrong when we were quoted over the phone a different price. After this once we were at home we found a further issue with the Bill being over charge. although they refunded this part, they didn't accept they could be wrong the first time. When I also asked for an apology I got a response of I dont see what I need to apologies for. absolute joke this place. While I was there another woman was also complaining, seems like the standard of service they want to provide. Some people will have a good experience, but when it goes wrong there a joke
