The company was very courteous over the phone, worked on weekend (which is a huge plus!). But mainly we’re able to change the booked timing on the fly, then came to the house and fixed my tumble dryer all within an hour! Tradesperson was crystal clear with what broke, how much it would cost to replace, and how to maintain the machine as well. Wonderful workmanship, and was clear with the warranty of the replacement parts as well. Simply a fab company, and really friendly too!
