Extremely happy with the service provided by Majestic. During the rainy period of July, they were the only roofing firm that I contacted that could send a surveyor for an initial survey to assess what the problem might be and provide some advice within three days.

After the surveyor's visit, the team of Shaun and Ryan came round to perform a full survey (removing tiles and assessing the quality of the breather membrane), within two days of the surveyors visit. Within five minutes they had located the issue and advised of the work that needed doing and that they could fix it that day. Within two hours, they replaced offending tiles and cleared out the grim from the water ingress around the Velux window.

They were incredibly helpful, very friendly and always willing to answer questions. They kept the site clean and thanked me for cups of coffee made for them.

I will be looking to use them again in the future.
