Received a damaged radiator and contacted Getplumb twice. (Paint chipped in a few spots probably from courier. Unfortunately on the front at bottom so very visable) no response at all! Even if they sent a touch up pen out I would have been happy. But no response doesn't instill much confidence in after sales. So beware, think if you want to use a company that's not willing to help after buying from them! I know I won't use them again!
