Kai completely saved the day! I run a hotel and we had no heating or hot water and needed someone ASAP. He came out bang on time at 2pm and explained what was wrong and fixed the panel. Apparently one of our pipes was also put in upside down and he fixed that as well at a very minimal cost. After a very stressful morning everything was sorted out very quickly and all done at a good price. I will definitely recommend to my other hoteliers. Thank you!
