Aliona has been a close friend for about 12 years. Some time ago she provided me with some counselling when I was going through some bad experiences with a difficult boss. I had a senior position in a large organisation and the situation was highly stressful and in many ways quite threatening. Aliona helped me to rebuild confidence and establish a strong working relationship with this person.
