Had to wait 2 hours (closed without notice 12-14.00) then queue for 45 minutes outside to be told repeat prescription ordered 5 working days previously for heart treatment would not be ready for another three days. Understand and sympathise during Covid19 but this is not fit for purpose. I suggest they indicate the temporary hours of opening online and triage queues, return prescriptions and redirect to other less pressured pharmacies
