Negligent service
1
Dreadful, incompetent and appalling after care. The oil seal wasn't put back after they carried out a full service causing our car to breakdown on the way to our holiday a week later. The engine is now knackered according to the recovery garage and the car is stranded in Exeter. Nearly 3 weeks ago and Guildford Tyre Company have done nothing to resolve this situation.
