Based on our year long experience we do not recommend this firm and would not use them again. Our solicitor failed to mention that she only worked 4 days each week, when they are open 5, which we feel led to delays as we were told no one could access her emails. Had we been aware we would have used a different company. When she was on holiday she said the other solicitor would handle things, but our experience does not back this up. When the final bill was issued the solicitors fee was about 50% more than first detailed, but we didn’t object as we were happy the matter was closed, and she had previously indicted it would increase, but not by how much. She also said before funds could be distributed costs had to be agreed. However about 3 weeks after the final bill had been agreed and paid she said they had made a mistake and deducted more, which I did not agree to and do not think is reasonable or fair given the final bill had been agreed and paid already and the mistake was theirs.

I have been to several other salons all over Northern Ireland and numerous ones in England and Scotland and this is by far the best. I have been going to Hair Bar for about a year and could not rate them more highly. Laura is not only a really talented stylist but a kind, sweet and patient young woman, who really listens to what you want and does everything to achieve it without complaint.

my furniture and put in store having agreed a price. I even paid upfront for delivery. Price increased in under a year and then again each year to nearly double in four years. When I wanted my goods delivered, I was told it would be several hundred pounds more, despite the delivery being to same town as agreed and them having had the money quoted for delivery for years. Delivery was terrible and they damaged thousands of pounds of my property and have argued about taking responsibility. Dreadful simply dreadful company would not use them again or recommend them to anyone ever!

Trying to get service after fitting is almost impossible. Normende appliances are rubbish my induction hob as blown up twice in less than 12 months and cooker hood hasn’t kept time since it was installed and my larder fridge has had to be repaired. My home is part of a new build and my neighbour is equally unhappy

Great decorator and lovely man with old fashioned view of what a good job should look like. Used Tom a few times now for indoor and outdoor work and have always been very pleased, which given I am OCD is something I don’t have the opportunity to say very often. Will definitely use him again

I do not recommend this company, they measured all my windows and none of my blinds fit or work perfectly, the blind for my French windows did not fit and fell down repeatedly cracking one of my floor times and leaving holes in the wall. I have asked for a refund for this blind repeatedly and several weeks later am still waiting.

This guy comes across as lovely but actions speak louder than words and he has repeatedly promised to come and do the job and not turned up. I’m disabled and have completely rearranged my life to accommodate this guy and he says he will be here and doesn’t show. We finally asked him if he could commit and actually be relied upon to turn up after he again didn’t show, waiting over 12 hours to hear what his most recent excuse was. He ignored the message and waited until 5am the following day to reply to tell us no and to get someone else. We have now wasted several weeks and are no further forward. If he didn’t want the job all he had to do was say he was not interested, we didn’t even quibble over price just agreed. Do yourself a favour get someone else!

If I could leave less stars I would. Avoid this company. I’ve used their online Adexa shop and the item arrived trashed and their customer service is rubbish

Over in Mansfield for 6 weeks and brought my two Havanese into diversipets initially for just a bath and was so impressed by their kind and caring attitude that I took them back for a full groom and wasn’t disappointed. If I have reason to return to the area I wouldn’t hesitate to take my boys back.
