Last night my husband and myself called into this restaurant for the Sunday Carvery. It was quite late but was assured that there was no problem ordering. It was 7.25 and service was till 8pm. We had to wait about 10 minutes as vegetables were being replenished. The food when it was eventually served was very nice. At 8.10 we asked if desert was still available. No problem apparently so husband and myself ordered apple pie and custard. After two requests they eventually arrived at 8.45. Not impressed with the service at all. The waitress did her best but the chef apparently forgot our order even though the restaurant was by then empty. Also when we first arrived we requested pots of tea for us both. They arrived just as we were finishing our meal. Also after being reminded. Not a good advert so wont be returning.
