I am still in shock at how awful I was treated today by this garage. I never write reviews but I would never want anyone to experience the same thing I experienced today ever. Our car developed an electrical fault and we decided to use this garage to fix it. Initially called about 4pm, staff rudely said they close at 5 pm and would big take the job. We asked if we could do it the next day as we were in no rush. They reluctantly agreed. We stipulated what we wanted as well as a check diagnostic. They sent us a message about 4 pm the next day that the car was ready but on arrival I realised they had only done half of the job. Additionally they had parked the car outside the garage and just tossed the key at me to go and find my car. I had a toddler in a buggy and was carrying on top of that a car seat but they didn’t care. I had to trek the distance with that load to fetch my car which had only been partially repaired.
