After giving them my tyre size, they fitted the wrong size tyre on my partners vehicle. We had to travel and this company charged us £450 for a tyre that is worth £60 and isn’t even the right size. Now they won’t issue a refund on what I paid for the tyre. I now have to buy another new tyre for the car as they left this vehicle unsafe for my partner. What a joke of a company, please do not call this company when you are stranded like we were!
