Our dog was rather poorly over our deep pile rug and it was a complete mess. A friend recommended spotless threads and Kerry came to the house. The rug looks like new - far better than it did before. It smells a lot better too. Kerry was very diligent. She checked what were the right chemicals and the result is just amazing. It hardly took any time to dry too.
