Very overpriced! The final straw came when I had to leave my car overnight. I made a note of how much fuel I had left in the car, being half a tank. When I picked it up it was bottom of the red. The mechanic must have taken it home to use that much, diabolical. Of course when questioned he denied there being any fuel in it all along. Jokers

I left my my car here for the whole day for some diagnostic work. I hadn't heard by 4pm so I decided to call. The mechanic was still working on it so they said they'd call back. They called back at 5 bearing in mind they shut at 5:30pm, so I was slightly anxious. They said they had fixed the problem so I went to collect. They were closing when I arrived so it was a bit rushed. Upon entering my car I noticed they had done 11miles on the clock and hadn't driven a few metres and heard the noise they were trying to fix. I'd previously driven with him in the car to show him the noise and even then he insisted on driving it and fairly vigorously. They also didn't charge me which makes me think they didn't do anything too. When questioned he said he thought this was ok, why do many miles when I only had to drive metres to hear the noise. Time wasters! I even heard them having a discussion about their test drives while waiting. Someone else must have complained too
