From my first assessment to my on-going adjustments Chris was brilliant. He was able to highlight a number of issues that were causing my lower back and right shoulder pain and suggested some really useful exercises for me to compliment the treatment he was giving me. As a result, my lower back pain has gone and my shoulder pain has been significantly reduced.
