I can’t believe what I read on the previous review so had to share my own experience. I have been a customer of Matt and Tom for 30 years and they have serviced and maintained each of VW’s, Mercedes’, Seat Audi and powered by diesel, petrol and LP. Always welcoming, reasonably (fairly) priced and always did what was needed to keep my cars running without issues. The annual MOT’s always went through as any defects would have previously been picked up at service. One caution is that you need to book your car in as they are invariably busy due to their high reputation. In an emergency, however, they will always go the extra mile, if they can, to sort out your crisis.
I cannot recommend them enough - for VW group specifically but other cars as well.

Exactly what a local builders merchant should be. Everything available - or able to be quickly sourced - and delivered when you need it. Also plenty of professional advice for those who dont know what they really want. And even a bit of welsh language.

Excellent tasty food. So popular on Saturday nights you must expect 1-2 hours for delivery - that speaks for itself. Efficient, no nonsense telephone service - polite and quick. We’ve tried the rest but keep returning Chicken Kung Po, Chicken Satay, mushrooms in oyster sauce and 2 boiled rice. Tasty mmmmm. Thank you

That previous review is not unusual. They spent 30 minutes finding exactly the same with my BMW. Again - no charge for replacing a faulty valve!!!!
