Left car at 9.10 for an MOT - they were annoyed that I didn't opt for the upsell service £165 with free MOT thrown !! I advised I needed car back at 3 for school - they said no problem. I arrived 2.45 to pay and collect to find my car had not left the parking spot I had put it in one the morning - I missed a doctors app and a school event !! No idea how to give customer service ... no apology no explanation . BUT I found a awesome company next door called VASTECH who saved the day gave me their courtesy car and sorted my MOT which was finished at 5 !! VASTECH know what customer service is!

we have just come to the end of a 3 week job that Keith has done for us and we are over the moon. it was a big job with every room requiring paper or paint, and each one a different colour theme. The outcome is fantastic.

in the house he was super clean and tidy and always aware that we had a 3 year coming home from school so things were put away.

AMAZING. Over the years we have used many different decorators and never re-used them. We decided to try Keith Thompson as he was recommened by a friend of mine - we are soooo pleased that we did as his work is of such a high standard. We have a fairly large house and nearly every room was being painted or papered with a diffeent colour them in each one. it was a big job but the attention to detail has been fantastic. when we get the last couple of bedrooms done we will definitly use Keith.
