Outrageous charge for emergency call-out with no parts needing replacement.

Absolute chancers - be very wary of calling this company out for an emergency. There were water marks appearing on kitchen ceiling, and water dripping from the ceiling light, traced to a leaking toilet-cistern feed in bathroom above). Fixed by PTFE tape wrapped around the swivel connector to the cistern in place of failed fibre washer. He was in the house 1 hour 20 minutes some of which time spent telling his life story.
It was understood from the start that there was an out-of-hours on-charge of £80.
However the final bill was £350 .....
Looking at how the PTFE tape is wrapped around the joint, I'm still not confident that it will hold permanently..
Incidently one of two previous Google 5-star reviews are in the name of the'engineer' who attended this repair, as printed on the invoice. I've reported this to Google as a conflict of interest.
