Terrible Service and Damage To Vehicle

Booked in with John for a clutch replacement. Repeated delays, courtesy car was filthy, with damage to the mirror adjustments and seats.
Couple of months later and it's difficult to get out of gear, AA say the clutch cable needs replacing. It is booked in for a service at Garage A locally the next day and the first thing they ask after the service is who worked on the car last. Damage to ball joint gaiters torn, bolts not tight, engine mount loose. Pay for repairs.
Garage B then look at the clutch cable days later, again the first thing they ask after looking at the car is who worked on it recently. Clutch fitted incorrectly, bushes in the gearbox damaged.
Overall cost more to repair the damage caused by Jon than the original clutch replacement. John washed his hands of the issue, despite written evidence from other garages detailing damage and incorrect fitment. We've taken to chargebacks and small claims to recover costs.
