We started to use this company in November 2022 having been convinced they were a trustworthy company by their representative Tim Jay. Tim surveyed our property for a lift made by STILTZ but to be fitted by BESPOKE. The installation was due to start in January 2023, they delayed it several times until June. On May 31st Bespoke rang me to insist I pay the remaining balance, I refused to pay. She then rang my husband who was in hospital waiting for an emergency operation. He was on strong pain killers and regrettably agreed to pay rather than suffer yet another delay. Bespoke were due to meet with STILTZ at our house on the June 5th they never turned up. Tim eventually attended on Thursday 8th, when he announced that they would not fit it. After discussions they offered in writing to pay Stiltz to install the lift and return £1,000.00 to us for the building works, which cost us several times more.
Bespoke have never paid us or Stiltz and are ignoring all communications.

A fantastic shop. Very helpful and friendly staff with a wonderful variety of party goods. I ordered a bunch of balloons from them and they were ready on time at a reasonable price.

My Grandaughter ,Esme, aged 2 1/2 attends this nursery and she loves it. She is so happy to go there and her confidence has improved ten fold. The staff are all very caring and supportive of the family. Esme is learning her numbers and songs etc. in leaps and bounds. As an ex- teacher I am aware of the challenges of young children and the need to answer all their questions. They always have interesting topics supported with visits from a selection of local companies. My 1 year old grandson will be starting there soon and he can't wait to get through the door! It is a pleasure to visit such a happy nursery with dedicated hard working staff.
