Staff are rude and unhelpful. They have no respect for the local residents and have no idea what social distancing is. Staff clear!

Sarah is so professional, in her correspondence (invoicing & emails) as well as produces beautiful and well priced balloons. She did two bouquets and ten single weighted balloons which were lovely, for a friends birthday party. So pleased and great to have someone so dependable who is local to me.

Organised an afternoon tea baby shower for my friend and The York Hotel did not disappoint. Staff were friendly, left us to our afternoon tea without disruption, provided beautiful, yummy and plenty of food. Thank you to staff for providing a wonderful venue and being attentive with many requests. Definitely recommend to anyone!

The lady who owns it Marylene is a lovely lady and treats all of the cats there as her own. My two boys were looked after really well and I felt better knowing they were safe. I'm putting them in again soon and recommend it completely.
